Demandara provides agentic marketing operations services to clients under signed engagement agreements. This page summarises the terms applicable to website visitors and to anyone considering engaging Demandara's services.

No representations on revenue. Demandara delivers operational marketing assets — research briefs, prospect lists, content, programmatic SEO pages, monitoring digests. Demandara does not represent specific revenue, lead-volume, or ROI outcomes. Marketing performance depends on factors beyond our scope (offer, market timing, competitive landscape, your sales execution). Past performance on Cognitia portfolio brands is not a guarantee of similar performance for client engagements.

Engagement scope. All engagements operate under a signed agreement specifying: deliverables, payment terms, IP ownership, refund conditions, and termination procedures. Standard engagement is a 30-day pilot at fixed scope and pricing, with optional progression to a $5K/mo retainer.

Compliance. Demandara complies with PIPEDA, CASL, GDPR (where applicable), and platform-specific terms of service for any platforms we operate on a client's behalf. Demandara reserves the right to decline scope items that fall outside our compliance posture (e.g., paid ads with fabricated claims, cold voice outreach without TCPA review).

Termination. Either party may terminate any engagement with 30 days' notice. Client retains all materials produced through termination date.

Governing law. Engagements are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
