Demandara is a Cognitia property. This page summarises our privacy practices for visitors to demandara.com and clients of Demandara services.

What we collect from visitors. Standard analytics: page views, referrer, broad geography (country/region), device type. We do not set cross-site tracking cookies. Email inquiries are stored in our inbox; we do not add inquirers to marketing lists without explicit opt-in.

What we collect from clients. Whatever data is necessary to deliver the agreed scope (CRM access, brand voice docs, ICP details, etc.). Client data is stored in Cognitia-controlled storage and never sold or shared. Per-engagement data retention terms are documented in the client agreement.

Compliance posture. Demandara operates under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and complies with CASL for any outbound communications run on behalf of clients. EU-based clients receive GDPR-compliant data handling on request.

Right to access or deletion. Email hello@demandara.com to request access to data we hold about you, or to request deletion. We respond within 30 days.
